boltz_yamls/ (including .boltzmaker_manifest.json) +
boltz_output/ with the completed predictions — and get back a
summary CSV/XLSX and an interactive dashboard. Real GPU inference (run)
isn't run here; this expects predictions you've already computed elsewhere.
